Wightlink

About This Attraction

With Wightlink Isle of Wight Ferries, it has never been easier to escape to the Isle of Wight. They transport 3.8 million customers on over 120 sailings every day, 364 days a year, across the convenience of three routes – Portsmouth to Fishbourne, Portsmouth Harbour to Ryde Pier Head and Lymington to Yarmouth. You could be relaxing on the Island of pure happiness in as little as 22 minutes by catamaran or around 40 minutes on the car ferry.

Imagine being able to stroll along miles of stunning, sandy beaches, explore idyllic scenery, try incredible eateries and experience fun-filled activities… all on your doorstep.

That’s exactly what you’ll find on the beautiful Isle of Wight. There’s so much to do… or if you’d rather… so much space to just relax and, well, not do very much at all!

Each part of the island has its very own character just waiting to be discovered and whether you take your own car or use the public transport system, it’s so easy to get around.

There’s glorious Osborne, beloved by Queen Victoria (and it’s easy to see why), Isle of Wight Steam Railway, a choice of unique zoos, the world-famous Needles Rocks and Trinity Lighthouse in an area of outstanding natural beauty or you can take your own little monkeys to Monkey Haven, the Islands very own primate rescue centre. And that’s just the beginning… add uncrowded beaches, over 500 miles of footpaths and trails, a donkey sanctuary, castles, and fortresses… not to mention the chance to meet a few of the Islands older residents at Dinosaur Isle!

So whether you’re looking for a short break getaway or a hassle-free choice for your next holiday, Wightlink makes it easy with great on board facilities, spacious lounges and sundecks… now that’s enough to put a smile on your face before you even arrive!
