Discover Robots and Future Tech at Winchester Science Centre this May half term (daily from 24 May – 3 Jun) and every weekend from 8 – 23 June. Find plenty of hands-on science, a shockingly good live science show demonstrating electricity and future tech, and a chance to design, build and compete in the ultimate robot wars challenge in the Invention Studio. Drop in to the New Forest Heritage Centre in Lyndhurst on Tuesday and Thursday for our Family Discovery days. The kids can do exciting craft activities, quizzes and museum trails. Museum entry is free, craft activities by donation. 10am to 4pm.

Monday 27th – Friday 31st May – Second World War themed half term activities that let children take part in an air-raid drill, discover how to disable and tank and join the Home Guard at Fort Nelson Museum. Explore this amazing fort with its tunnels, ramparts and over 350 big guns. Admission is free.
Gilbert White & The Oates Collections present their annual Nature Festival on the 26th May, a fun packed 24hrs of nature activities for naturalists young and old.
