Workshops and Courses
Head to Southampton City Art Gallery for all things arty. Lots of activities such as Mini Monets: Art Club for Children under 7yrs, August art school for Suitable for 11 – 16-year-olds, or create sun catchers and tie-dye tote bags to name a few!
Nature Explorer Days will be running at Gilbert White’s House & Gardens, from 7th-10th August between 10.30am-3pm. The days are filled with wild activities from bug hunting, bird watching, art, craft, games, and challenges. These sessions can count towards the ‘Discover’ and ‘Explore’ elements of the John Muir Discovery Award.
SeaCity Museum will keep kids and families entertained this Summer holiday with a series of culture clubs and workshops, such as the Titanic family workshop.
Tudor House Museum and Gardens have a Miniature Magic workshop, WW2 Super Science workshop, Fairy Door workshop and other family activities this Summer holiday.
