Animals at Manor Farm

Manor Farm boasts a large variety of happy, beautiful animals sure to wow visitors of all ages. Young guests are welcome to get up close and personal with the snuggly guinea pigs and rabbits or stroke the friendly alpacas and goats on the farm. The waterfowl area is home to geese and ducks who love nothing more than chatting happily in a series of honks and quacks. 

Visitors can also meet Manor Farm’s much-loved pigs, sheep, cows, chickens, donkeys and horses. What’s more, throughout the year, guests can see a variety of lambs, piglets and calves being cared for.

Activities and things to do

A visit to Manor Farm is packed with activities perfect for guests of all ages. The Maize Maze (summertime only) is full of twists and turns that are sure to delight young guests while the Den Building area allows visitors to get hands on experience at crafting shelters in a tranquil, calm area of the farm.

Pop into the Tractor Barn where several incredible vintage tractors are housed, the perfect destination for tractor fans. In addition, organised groups can visit the sustainable Wildlife Pond, an excellent area to spot various creatures and wetland plants.

By car

The park entrance is situated in Pylands Lane, Bursledon, approximately ½ mile from junction 8 of the M27, midway between Portsmouth and Southampton. The farm attraction is another 1½ miles – follow the brown and white wagon signs. NB There are speed humps along the route.

By rail

The nearest station is Botley, 1½ miles from the farm.

By bus

Solent Blue Line run buses to Botley and Hedge End. Tel 023 8061 8233 for bus information.
