Trains Day

Trains at The Brickworks are evolving. For 2021, the special Trains Day will feature rides on the miniature railway (small extra cost which goes towards the upkeep of the trains), a display based on the narrow-gauge railway and model train layouts as well.

We are also delighted to announce that our Buses are joining this event as well! The Bus Group are looking forward to bringing several buses down for display, and selling items inside including a fascinating book about buses written by the chairman.

As if that wasn’t enough, the museum will be open and in steam, we have two children’s play areas, interactive exhibits and fascinating displays. There will be craft stalls, activities for all ages and our Coffee Shop will be open.

This will be a ticketed event only to allow us to control visitor numbers and keep everyone safe.
