October Half Term Family Fun!
Army Flying Museum
Enjoy a spooktacular October Half Term at the Army Flying Museum, with a week of Halloween-themed crafts, fascinating trails, hands-on activities, and incredible creatures.
Families can get creative with Halloween crafts every weekday from 10am to 12.30pm, take on the new Mummy’s Curse code-breaking trail, and challenge themselves to see how many bats they can find hidden around the Museum.
There’s also a packed programme of special activities. On Monday 26 October and Sunday 1 November from 10am to 3pm, families can make and paint their own model with expert guidance from Models for Heroes. On Wednesday 28 October from 10am to 3pm, visitors can discover the world of Meccano, view impressive models, and build their own creation. Then, on Thursday 29 October from 10am to 2pm, Crazy Creatures will bring a fascinating selection of reptiles, amphibians, and insects to the Museum.
With plenty to see and do, the Army Flying Museum is the perfect destination for a family day out this Half Term.
All holiday activities are included with general admission, which also provides a free annual pass to the Museum. Visitors can save money by booking online and return throughout the year to explore the Museum’s collection and discover the story of British Army aviation.
