Fun and learning for home educated children in our beautiful Gardens. Sessions will include hands-on activities, games and crafts to look closely at and learn about seeds, buds, parts and types of plants. They will be run by a member of our Education team, mostly by Lauren, who is herself a home educator as well as a qualified teacher. To comply with Government guidance all sessions must be pre-booked. All equipment is provided.
A place needs to be booked for each participating child. Supervising adults and children not joining in do not need to book a place on the session, but price does not include Garden admission for the day, which needs to be booked separately. Please remember to book your entry tickets allowing extra time to arrive at your session (If you are attending the 9:45 session, please book 10am tickets). A maximum of one supervising adult is permitted per participating child. We ask that where possible, non-participating children do not attend to help reduce the size of the overall group, however we appreciate this is not always possible.
Two sessions per day – 6 accompanied children on each session
Suitable for ages 4-11
Booking is essential
Price: £8.00 per participating child (per session).
