Terms and Conditions

Please see below for the terms and conditions of any of our competitions and the dates they are live to and from.

Win 13 Days Out for 2024

• The competition will run from 1/12/2023 at 18:00 GMT and will close on 1/1/2024 at 23:59 GMT.
• The winner will be contacted via email on 5th January.
• Entrants must be 18 and over. 
• This competition is only available to enter via sign-up form.
• The competition is being run by Hampshire’s Top Attractions and is not endorsed by any social media platform it is promoted on.
• We will process your details only in relation to this competition and in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not make your personal details available to any other organisation, except the attractions that are providing prizes so they are able to award you their prize. We will use this information to contact you if you win.
• The prize includes family tickets to, Winchester Science Centre, Marwell Zoo, Watercress Line, The Brickworks Museum, Wightlink Ferry Travel, Furzey Gardens, 878 AD Museum, Milestones Living History Museum, The Putt Hutt at Clarence Pier, Sir Harold Hillier Gardens, Riverside Bowl Bowling Day Out, Gilbert White’s House & Garden and Bike Hire at Cycle Experience New Forest.
• Please be advised that terms and conditions will apply to each ticket and they will differ between attractions, please check the terms and conditions on each ticket before redeeming. 
• Each ticket will be redeemed subject to availability at the individual attraction.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
• Family tickets are as deemed by the attractions.
• The winner will be drawn at random and notified via email.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 1 week we reserve the right to redraw that winner.
• By entering this competition you are agreeing to be on Hampshire’s Top Attraction’s database to receive our regular E-newsletter.

Win a family ticket to the Cinderella Family Pantomime at Theatre Royal Winchester on 9th December 2023!

• The competition will run from 3/12/2023 at 18:00 GMT and will close on 6/12/2023 at 12:00 GMT.
• Entrants must be 18 and over. 
• This competition is only available to enter via Hampshire’s Top Attraction’s Facebook and Instagram page.
• The competition is being run by Hampshire’s Top Attractions and is not endorsed by any social media platform it is promoted on.
• We will process your details only in relation to this competition and in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not make your personal details available to any other organisation, except those that are providing prizes so they are able to award you their prize. We will use this information to contact you if you win.
• The prize includes a Family ticket to see the Cinderella Pantomime at Theatre Royal Winchester on 9th December 2023 at 11am.

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
• Family tickets are as deemed by the attractions, family rooms are as deemed by the hotel.
• The winner will be drawn at random and will be contacted in the comment section and via private message on the platform they entered on.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 36 hours, we reserve the right to redraw that winner.
• Tickets are valid for the time and date stated only.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged to another performance and no cash alternative is available.
• Latecomers may not be admitted to a performance until a suitable break in the performance.
• The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to require any ticket holder to leave the performance if requested.
• The Management reserves the right to amend or cancel performances or events without liability in unforeseen circumstances.

Win a family ticket to Paultons Park Christmas Event!

• The competition will run from 7/12/2023 at 18:00 GMT and will close on 10/12/2023 at 12:00 GMT.
• Entrants must be 18 and over.

• The prize includes a family ticket to the Paultons Park Christmas Event.

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
• Family tickets are as deemed by the attraction.
• The winner will be drawn at random and will be contacted in the comment section and via private message on the platform they entered on.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 1 week we reserve the right to redraw that winner.
• The prize is valid for 4 people until 23/12/23. Any guests under one metre are free and do not require a ticket. Travel insurance and travel to the park are not included.  The prize winner if under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. There is no cash or prize alternative.

Win a family ticket to a Peter Rabbit Winter Woodland trail at Lepe Country Park and a family ticket to Sir Harold Hillier Gardens.

• Entrants must be 18 and over.

Win a family ticket to the Winter Woodland Lights at the Hawk Conservancy Trust in January!

• The competition will run from 17/12/2023 at 18:00 GMT and will close on 20/12/2023 at 12:00 GMT.
• Entrants must be 18 and over. 
• This competition is only available to enter via Hampshire’s Top Attraction’s Facebook and Instagram page.
• The competition is being run by Hampshire’s Top Attractions and is not endorsed by any social media platform it is promoted on.
• We will process your details only in relation to this competition and in accordance with our privacy policy. We will use this information to contact you if you win.
• The prize includes a family ticket to the Winter Woodland Lights at the Hawk Conservancy Trust for a selected date in January.

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
• Family tickets are as deemed by the attractions.
• The winner will be drawn at random and will be contacted in the comment section and via private message on the platform they entered on.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 1 week we reserve the right to redraw that winner.

Generic Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any Social Networks.
2. The promoter is Hampshire’s Top Attractions.
3. Hampshire’s Top Attractions reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
4. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate giveaway details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
5. Winner’s details may be passed to the third party with the purpose to provide the prize.
6. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entry into any of the above competitions will be deemed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions above.
