Visit Palace House, home of the Montagu family since 1538 and talk to costumed guides about life in a Victorian country house. In 13th century Beaulieu Abbey enjoy a film presentation and exhibition about the lives of the Cistercian monks who lived there.
Part of the late Lord Montagu’s private apartment has recently been opened to visitors, incorporating two new exhibitions and the chance for visitors to see Lord Montagu’s library.
Budding drivers can take the driving seat on Dipstick’s Driving Circuit, whilst younger visitors can get physical on the Mini Motor PlayTrail. The whole family can enjoy a ride on the high-level Monorail and replica 1912 London Bus.
